# I have submitted a ticket / ban appeal / 2FA removal request. What's the ETA?
Our average response time to tickets is between 24-48 hours, sometimes longer depending on the inquiry and workload. The system message in the ticket user interface is arbitrary and does not mean anything.
## Ban Appeals:
These investigations may take some time depending on the situation and current workload. Due to this, we are unfortunately not able to provide an ETA.
## 2FA Removal Requests:
We will handle requests as quickly as possible, however very few staff have the rights to remove two-factor authentication. Due to the nature of these requests, *we cannot provide an estimated time of completion.*
